The apartment "Rosa" is on the ground floor of the converted farmhouse, with a total area of 60 square meters, two bedrooms accommodating up to 4+1.
From the large porch you enter the living room (decorated in-keeping with the original Tuscan farmhouse), separate kitchen which is fully equipped, supplied with appliances.

The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also room to add a cot (for families with babies). The second bedroom has two single beds, also with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

The apartment has its own garden area with table and chair's and fits the needs of a couple or a family with two children. Great for al fresco dining.

The apartment "Girasole" is situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse, with a total area of 75 square meters, with 2 bedrooms to accommodate 4 + 1.
From the garden you enter directly into the kitchen, then continuing into the living room furnished in true Tuscan style. Adjoining the living area, there is a bedroom with two single beds (these can be converted to a double on request).
The bedroom is very spacious and there is a possibility of adding an additional single bed. It is also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Outside is a reserved area with table and chairs spending time outdoors and admiring the wonderful panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.

The apartment "Edera" is on the first floor of the farmhouse, with a total area of 65 square meters with one bedroom which can accommodate up to 3 people.
From the porch you enter directly into the living room, which then takes you into the kitchen.
The terrace, furnished with table and chairs, is the ideal place to spend evenings outdoors and admire the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
The large comfortable lounge is furnished in the traditional Tuscan style, with sofa and armchairs that face a typical Tuscan fireplace.
The living room leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. (There is a possibility of having an extra bed in this room, which is available on request).
The apartment is ideal for two persons or a family with one child.

On the upper floor of the house, you enter the apartment "Violetta" by an original staircase in stone and brick, with a total area of 90 square meters with 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 people.
From the porch you enter directly into the bright and spacious kitchen/living room elegantly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen.
From the sofas in the living room, close to the fireplace, you can access a small private terrace, furnished with tables and chairs. It is the ideal place to spend evenings outdoors and admire the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
The two rooms are each composed of a double bed and one single bed, with the option of converting one bedroom to accommodate three twin beds. There is a bathroom with a shower.

Apartment "Margherita" occupies an entire wing of the farmhouse and is on two floors with a total area of 140 square meters. Four bedrooms accommodating up to 9 people.
The entrance is on the ground floor; the dining area is separate from the kitchen and has access to a large private veranda overlooking the garden, which is furnished with tables and chairs.
The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor: two rooms have direct access to the terrace which enjoys a pleasant view over the surrounding Tuscan countryside.(The fourth bedroom is available on request).
The living area is furnished in traditional Tuscan style complete with fireplace.
The apartment is comfortably and tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 8+1. There is a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
